Booking & Cancellation Policy

I want your experience with me to feel easy from the very first step — including the booking process. This policy exists to protect your time and mine, and to make sure every session runs smoothly for everyone. Please read through before you book.

Securing Your Appointment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your session. This deposit is deducted from your total on the day. You're also welcome to pay in full upfront — no balance will be owing when you arrive.

Payment on the Day

If a deposit only was paid at booking, the remaining balance is due at the time of your session. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, card, or cash.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your time to another client on the waitlist.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit their deposit. I understand that life happens — and I deeply appreciate your respect for this boundary, which allows me to show up fully for every client.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late your session will still end at the scheduled time to honour the next client. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time. Please give yourself time to arrive, settle, and begin.

Consultation Form

All clients are asked to complete a consultation form prior to their session. This is how I prepare — it means we can move straight into the work when you arrive rather than spending your session time on admin.

A link will be sent to you at the time of booking and again in your 48hr reminder. Please fill it in before you come.

4-Session Packages

Package pricing is available to discuss directly — please reach out via phone or email. Packages are non-refundable once purchased but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
